microRNA Sequencing

Service description:
microRNA are enriched from total RNA and are subsequently converted to cDNA for library preparation.
After that cDNA libraries are sequenced using Illumina SE50 bp sequencing strategy (data trimming from PE150 to SE50).

Sample requirement:
Total RNA ≥ 1μg
Concentration ≥ 50ng/μl
RIN ≥ 7.0
A260/280 = 1.8-2.2
