Prokaryotic RNA Sequencing

Service description:
rRNA within total RNA are depleted for enrichment of mRNA and lncRNA transcripts. Enriched fragmented RNA are subsequently converted to cDNA for library preparation.
After that cDNA libraries are sequenced using Illumina PE150 bp sequencing strategy.

Sample requirement:
Total RNA ≥ 500ng
Concentration ≥ 25ng/μl
RIN ≥ 6.5
