Service description:
V(D)J regions within BCT/TCT chains are amplified (5’RACE) and are subsequently converted to cDNA for library preparation.
After that cDNA libraries are sequenced using Illumina PE300 bp sequencing strategy.
Sample requirement:
Total RNA ≥ 1ug
Concentration ≥ 50ng/μl
RIN: ≥ 7.0
