mRNA Sequencing

Service description:
mRNA are enriched from total RNA and fragmented mRNA are subsequently converted to cDNA for library preparation.
After that cDNA libraries are sequenced using Illumina PE150 bp sequencing strategy.

Sample requirement:
Total RNA ≥ 200ng
Concentration ≥ 10ng/μl
RIN ≥ 6.5
