Service description:
gDNA submitted by customer are examined for quality and are fragmented for library preparation.
Subsequently Agilent SureSelect V6 kit is used for capturing libraries containing exomes.
After that exome libraries are sequenced using Illumina PE150 bp sequencing strategy.
Sample requirement:
Amount ≥ 300ng
Concentration ≥ 15ng/μl
Volume ≥ 20 μL
A260/280 = 1.8-2.0
